1. Geltungsbereich und Anbieter
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen, die du über diesen Online-Shop bei HollyGlanz aufgibst. Anbieter und dein Vertragspartner ist HollyGlanz, E-Mail: hello.hollyglanz@gmail.com.
2. Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Shop ist kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung. Mit dem Klick auf den Bestellbutton gibst du ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Wir bestätigen den Eingang deiner Bestellung per E-Mail; diese Eingangsbestätigung ist noch keine Annahme. Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande, sobald wir die Annahme erklären oder die Ware versenden.
3. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle Preise sind Endpreise und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer. Innerhalb Europas liefern wir versandkostenfrei. Außerhalb Europas berechnen wir 19,95 € Versandkosten. Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der EU können zusätzlich Zoll- und Einfuhrabgaben anfallen, die vom Empfänger zu tragen sind.
4. Zahlung
Die im Bestellvorgang angezeigten Zahlungsarten stehen dir zur Verfügung. Bei Zahlung über einen externen Zahlungsdienstleister gelten zusätzlich dessen Bedingungen.
5. Lieferung
Die Lieferzeit beträgt bis zu 14 Tage ab Vertragsschluss. Sobald deine Bestellung unterwegs ist, erhältst du eine Sendungsverfolgung per E-Mail. Einzelheiten stehen in unseren Versandinformationen.
6. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
7. Widerrufsrecht
Als Verbraucher steht dir ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht zu. Die Einzelheiten und die Folgen des Widerrufs findest du in unserer Widerrufsbelehrung.
8. Gewährleistung und Garantie
Es gilt das gesetzliche Mängelhaftungsrecht. Unabhängig davon geben wir eine freiwillige Garantie von 3 Jahren ab Erhalt der Ware. Die gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch die Garantie nicht eingeschränkt. Den Umfang der Garantie findest du auf unserer Garantieseite.
9. Streitbeilegung
Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
10. Schlussbestimmungen
Es gilt das Recht des Sitzes des Anbieters unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende verbraucherschützende Vorschriften des Staates, in dem du deinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hast, bleiben davon unberührt. Sollte eine Bestimmung unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to all orders you place through this online shop with HollyGlanz. The provider and your contracting party is HollyGlanz, email: hello.hollyglanz@gmail.com.
2. Formation of the contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation of receipt is not yet an acceptance. The contract is formed once we declare acceptance or ship the goods.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Within Europe we ship free of charge. Outside Europe we charge €19.95 for shipping. Deliveries outside the EU may incur customs and import duties, which are payable by the recipient.
4. Payment
The payment methods shown during checkout are available to you. Where payment is made through an external payment provider, that provider's terms also apply.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes up to 14 days from formation of the contract. You receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way. Details are set out in our shipping information.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The details and the effects of withdrawal are set out in our cancellation policy.
8. Statutory rights and guarantee
The statutory rules on liability for defects apply. In addition, we give a voluntary guarantee of 3 years from the date you receive the goods. Your statutory rights are not limited by this guarantee. The scope of the guarantee is set out on our guarantee page.
9. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final provisions
The law of the provider's place of business applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
